We understand that every customer’s event is unique, we will work with you as little or as much as you like from supplying a few chair covers for hire, installing your corporate marquee and furniture, right through to managing your entire event with our event management service.

How we work:

Contact:
When you contact us we will discuss your event requirements and guide you through some initial options if required. Our team are a goldmine of information, so if you need any advice were happy to help.

Quote:
We’ll then email you a standard marquee quote which includes a detailed breakdown of equipment lists and costs. This can be amended and tailored to your requirements.

Booking:
Once all details have been agreed we’ll send you a booking form contract along with the hired items and deposit details. When this is signed and returned with your deposit we will book and confirm all the details of your marquee event. Balance payment is due 14 working days before your event.

The Event:
We will come and install/collect all the booked equipment at a conveniently arranged time prior/after to your event. Leaving you to relax and enjoy your successful event.

If you’re really curious we’ll tell you who started the business and about the women who’s behind the business. Kay Bennag, Managing Director of Pearl Marquees and owner of Saffron Events Ltd.

The company was founded in 2007 as an independent hospitality event business. Kay has some impressive career highlights gained from her previous 15 years background in managing corporate marketing and events. Her portfolio of customer events range from launching popular brands for one of the major global financial provider’s right through to small social gatherings.

Kay has build’s her business reputation based on high quality products for customers, competitive prices, professionalism and attention to detail.
