Marquee Event Challenge:

A fundraising event for 150+ guest with a small and limited budget. The organisation had never hired a marquee for any event before and required it for a temporary venue to to accommodating guests with a shelter in case of bad weather to stage music artists; Enderby Youth Band, Strung out sisters, Musical Village Choir. In addition to accomodate guests with a shelter in case of bad weather. The purpose and theme of the event was to showcase the surrounding of the garden. The marquee was to be positioned in a limited picnic grassed area with narrow pathway.

Our Solution

  • Supply a clear span marquee structure, without any decorative features as this would dramatically reduce costs.
  • Window walls were positioned on either side of the marquees to ensure full view of the gardens and surronding areas.
  • Green coloured carpet flooring was supplied and fitted to compliment the garden theme.
  • Formal banqueting chairs were supplied and upgraded at no extra cost to give the overall theme an extra special feel.
  • Extra care was taken by the team in installation with the restricted space to prevent any damage to plants and vegetation.
