• Initial site proposal of layout and theme of your marquee
• Attendance at initial supplier meetings i.e. caterers, florists etc
• Advice and instruction on key areas to remember
• Unlimited email support for every event
• Experienced Event Manager for 9 Hours on wedding or event day
• Suppliers management on the day and removal of hired items the day after the event

We can deliver a package to suit your event by:

• Choosing the size and style of marquee for your event.
• Creating the floor plan layout
• Branded /Coloured themed interior decor and lighting system - have the colour of chairs, tables, flooring, lining, lighting, etc, themed to your occasion or branded to your company insignia giving a stunning contrast.
• Source or recommend suppliers for additional services e.g. caterers, florists etc.
• Scheduling timings and logistics for deliveries.
